This Energy Medicine session, Is a powerful session. It starts with us connecting through conversation so that I can get a real understand of what is going on for you, how its affecting you, and how you’d like it to be.
Then as your guide I track the energy and gain further insight and understanding to everything that we discussed.
Then I will guide you Energetically and we will journey together, this I cant explain as no two sessions are the same and the journey is unique to you like your finger print.
Emotions and energy come up and through the body, nervous system.
You are supported and guided, coached all the way through, You will always receive medicine/magic that is just for you. NLP (neurolinguistics) are also used to support you.
There are many aspects to energy medicine and its a powerful session.
I have personally been through this process, many many times myself and have held just as many for others.
It is this process that has changed my own life, and that’s testament as I have created this website, something I thought id never do.

This is a beautiful session, That is for you to be held and guided to Rest and Restore. To be able to receive what you need energetically. To receive support to be held and seen in away that most of us wish we where, this is the session I never knew I needed until I allowed and gave myself permission to have.

Final Parting Gift
This one has many parts to it. Firstly I offer a body Honouring, this can be for the living and for the departed. Let me start with your loved one who is no longer here, I journey to you loved one and honour them. I wash them with rose water, oils and honour their body, preparing for their final journey. I can also dress you loved one too if you feel called. I have a huge love and respect for this as a ritual in its-self. Its like a last act of love, that many would like to do but are unable to. Honouring them with nothing but love, I journey with them and you.
It can be a ritual connecting and honouring you with you loved one.
The second part of this is, if you have received a palliative diagnosis or have a loved one that has, I can offer support and ideas. I can support you so that you leave behind magic, whilst supporting you, understanding and preparing for your Journey.
